Compact, reliable and exceptionally powerful, the Valentine EVO 220P Twin pan electric fryer is a great solution for effective and efficient commercial food frying in restaurants, canteens or takeaways with limited space.

Whether youre frying fish, chips, doughnuts or tempura, the Evo 220 helps you save money on oil and energy.

The oil pans themselves have a smaller cool zone than other comparable fryers, meaning you dont need as much oil to fill the fryer and less energy is used to get the oil up to cooking temperature.

The addition of a high quality filtration system helps to extend the lifespan of the cooking oil.
