CANCELLATION FORM FOR CONSUMERS

This form is intended for cancellation of order by Consumers within 14 days of delivery. It will only apply if you purchased any item for home use.

If your order was delivered to or intended for use at your business premises (cafe, takeaway, food establishment etc) then this form does NOT apply.

THE RIGHT TO CANCEL

  • You have 14 days from the day after you received the last of the goods to cancel this contract.
  • You do not have to give a reason.
  • You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel.
  • You may use the cancellation form below if you wish but you do not have to.
  • You must send notice of cancellation before the 14 days have expired.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

  • You will receive a refund of all payments including the basic costs of any delivery charges. (No premium delivery fees such as next day or timed delivery costs will be refunded).
  • Unless you agree otherwise the refund will be by the same payment method. No fees will be deducted.
  • We may make a deduction if the goods have lost value because you handled them more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  • Your refund will be made not later than 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied or if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
  • We will collect the goods from you at our own expense. Goods will need to be available to us during normal working hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
