- What is your return policy?You can return your product within 10 days of delivery, provided it hasn't been used. A 25% restocking charge and delivery/collection charges will apply. Factory order items are not returnable.

- What about warranty repairs?If a product fails during its warranty period, call 0333 355 0535 for immediate repair arrangements. Please have your order number, model number, and serial number ready.
