This unit requires a simple 13 amp plug to work.

This powerful holding unit has four GN1/1 100mm deep pans. It can also accommodate various different pan configurations with the use of adapter bars. The unit is delivered with 1 x GN1/1, 2 x GN1/2 and3 x GN1/3 - ideal for any variety of food.
