Featuring a vitreous enamel control panel, with heavy-duty large capacity wire baskets and rugged basket hanger, there is also a full 11/4" drain valve and lift out elements for easy clean down.

This Blue Seal gas fryer has twin fryer flexibility in one full single pan.

The patented infra-red burner system has a high performance fast recovery so no matter how much you need to use your fryer it will always be ready. The easy to clean stainless steel open pan has a 13-liter oil capacity per pan and large capacity cool zones. The drain valve is 32mm or 1 1/4 inch wide for quick draining and the rear rollers make moving the fryer about for cleaning so much easier.
