FASTER is the new Afinox quick blast chiller line, dedicated to those who want a competitive assistant in price and performance.

The innovative anti-fingerprint coating, resistant and easy to clean, coupled with the new capacitive control system, make FASTER the ideal blast freezer for restaurateurs and pastry makers who enjoy comfort and convenience. A Touch control system, with dynamic LED display (possibility to choose between 5 languages) are offered on the control panel under the door.

Convenience, maximum usability and safety in a quick blast freezer that is easy to use.

Thanks to the capacitive touch control system, the blast chillers and freezers belonging to the FASTER line allow quick selection of automatic or manual chilling or freezing cycles. The standard USB port allows you to download HACCP data easily and instantly. 3 cycles: Blast chilling, Freezing, SRC defrosting.
