Utilising hydrocarbon refrigerant that cuts both running costs and environmental waste, the cold island well operates 24 hours a day as standard and controls its internal temperature through an eye level digital control panel.

Holding up to 3/1 GN the cold well can be customised in accordance with your own menu selection and personal preference, with robust sneeze screens fitted to protect your produce from cross contamination.

Modular deck plates can be removed from the cold well for easier cleaning, and an integrated condensate water evaporator removes the hassle of site drainage.
