Excalibur ParaFlexx Premium Non-Stick Dehydrator Sheet 360mm are non-stick, solid sheets recommended for dehydrating liquids and finer produce which would otherwise drip through the polyscreen tray coming with the Excalibur Dehydrators.

Being microporous, the Paralfexx sheets still allows drying from the top as well as the bottom, allowing the complete, perfect drying of liquids.
