Reliable, strong and highly adaptable to temperature changes, this 65mm deep high heat 1/9 gastronorm pan from Cambro is highly versatile.
A reinforced textured handle with finger grip provides extra security when handling the pan, ideal for a busy kitchen environment.
With a temperature range of -40ŒÁC to 190ŒÁC, the pan can travel straight from your prep table to the cooler, oven or steam table to reduce unnecessary handling.
This also saves the use of several other pans and extra cleaning time.
The high heat pan is microwave safe, while suitable for freezing, cooking and reheating.
A flat bottom design helps to ensure even heat distribution, and eliminate hot and cold spots.
