Beautifully designed, these classic knives feature Japanese VG-10 stainless steel cores hardened to 60° Rockwell rating - providing great cutting performance that lasts through many uses
Expertly crafted and instantly recognisable, Tsuki knives boast multiple layers of Damascus steel sheathing the stainless steel core, protecting the blade from corrosion and creating the iconic Tsuki knife
The knife set contains a 3" Paring knife, 5" Santoku knife and an 8" Chefs knife that can be used to complete most cutting tasks
The ergonomic Micarta Resin handles provide excellent grip throughout all preparation tasks, whilst the shape of the handle maximises comfort through the longest of shifts - reducing the risk of injury and preventing aches or pains
