Product Description
This 500g oval bread proofing basket is made from natural rattan and offers a highly reliable and breathable platform for your dough, allowing it to develop the perfect flavour and texture before baking
This process is necessary to prevent your loaves from flattening as they rise, which is often unavoidable with the addition of gluten in the mixture
Before first use, spray the inside slightly with an enzyme-free releasing agent to protect the rattan, and dust with flour
The basket can be cleaned every 4 weeks using a brush without water
Then place the basket in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature between 120° and 140° C to sanitise
