Easy to Use
You'll receive a compact piece of equipment that will fry a variety of different foods without cluttering your countertop. The Mother Clucker single countertop pressure fryer only requires a 13 amp plug socket for operation. The single large round basket is completely removable to add product before frying and the fryer tank is a single moulded piece for easy cleaning.
Safety Features
Any of your employees can easily operate this unit thanks to intuitive controls that include indicator lights, a rocker On / Off switch, and a fully adjustable temperature and timer dial. Use the fryer's included cover to protect oil from outside contamination when not use, thus extending service life and saving you time and money. Finally a drain valve is fitted for end of day cleaning in order to remove hot oil quickly and safely.
