This marble topped pizza prep table is perfect for any operation that wants to add signature pizzas to the menu. It has plenty of space to assemble your culinary creations while the refrigerated cabinet base below the work area gives you room to store extra dough, garnishes, condiments, or topping pans. The large and spacious, 1.3 metre long, 70cm deep marble top acts as the main staging area for all of your culinary creations, providing plenty of room for even largest pizzas.
Large marble countertop
Ideal for preparing fresh pizzas, this large 130x70cm marble worktop gives you the ultimate in space and hygiene. Ideal to roll dough, create pizzas for cutting, this large work top can prepare upto 8 x 12 inch pizzas at a time. The cold marble surface makes sure that dough is easy to roll.
Promotes Food Safety
The included sneeze guard is the perfect way to protect your refrigerated prep rail from contamination without obstructing your customers' view! It is perfect for customer-facing applications. With its clear glass design, this sneeze guard lets your customers see all the tempting creations you have to offer. It is enclosed on the front, top, and sides so that it can effectively protect your food from airborne contaminants or tampering. This unit has an integrated digital thermostat that allows you to set the temperature between 2 and 8 degrees centigrade. Its external digital LED panel displays the set temperature so you can make sure that it is always set at the correct holding temperature for your food. This unit requires a simple 13 amp plug to work.
