The Falcon E711 convection oven is an amazing item of catering equipment.
This compact countertop unit is 1/1 Gastronorm compatible and really is ideal for kitchens with limited space. The temperature ranges from 50 - 240C and the simple controls offer precise temperature control and timing. The oven features an integral light and multi-position runners. Six shelf positions are provided to accommodate the three shelves which are supplied as standard. Designed for commercial use in a wide variety of places such as pubs/restaurants and hotels.
