Also included in this kit are 3 x GN1/3 and 2 x GN1/2 size stainless steel pans (100mm deep) with an anti-jam design. Accompanying each of these pans is a pan cover designed to keep the contents of the pans warm and to help retain moisture so the food does not dry out.
