This is a wet heat model with a silicone element ideal to keep its contents moist and succulent.
This Maestrowave wet well Bain Marie has 3 x 1/3 gastronorm containers ideal for drier foods such as potatoes and meat etc.
The simmerstat controls means this Bain Marie can be set to suit the contents to ensure it doesn't spoil.
Another excellent feature of this Bain Marie is the drainage tap for easy cleaning.
