The E931M Blue Seal Turbofan convection oven provides exceptional versatility in the professional kitchen.
With the power and convenience of Turbofan convection cooking, alongside four sturdy electric boiling rings, you've got all the cooking points you need to create delicious dishes without moving between stations.
The strong stainless steel exterior helps to reduce cleaning times, whilst the adjustable legs, simple installation and side-opening door all make the Turbofan an excellent addition to any commercial setup.
Please note: the hob is single phase hardwired only.
The oven has a 13A plug fitted.
