Designed and built to outperform, the Blue seal gives you the flexibility to quickly make a huge variety of foods, including breakfast favourites, takeaway treats and much more.
With heavy duty construction throughout, the cooktop is incredibly durable, ensuring reliable commercial operation day in, day out.
The Blue Seal features three 3.4kW elements, providing three separate cooking zones across the generously-sized 900mm stainless steel cooking surface.
This means you can cook multiple dishes all at the same time, or simply power down zones during quieter hours to reduce running costs.
The griddle is fitted on a sturdy stand, which not only raises the unit up to a comfortable working height, but also provides handy extra storage on the shelf below.
