Incredibly compact and exceptionally powerful, the Valentine EVO 250 single pan electric fryer is a great solution for effective and efficient commercial food frying in restaurants, canteens or takeaway with limited space.

Whether youre frying fish, chips, doughnuts or tempura, the Evo 250 helps you save money on oil and energy.

The oil pan itself has a smaller cool zone than other comparable fryers, meaning you dont need as much oil to fill the fryer and less energy is used to get the oil up to cooking temperature.
