Despite its size, the Stefania is hugely powerful and produces results just as good as much larger machines.
The built-in touch screen control makes it simple to operate, allowing you to program and retrieve up to 99 different menu items for repeatable, consistent cooking.
The Wi-Fi/USB connectivity allows pre-set programs to be loaded - ideal where there are multiple Unox connected ovens over many sites.This model features a handy right-to-left opening door.
