If space is limited, this Polar U636 double door compact counter fridge is an excellent solution for professional chilled food storage.
With a highly robust stainless steel worktop combined with a reliable 201 litre (usable) internal capacity, there is plenty of room for keeping your ingredients close to hand.
This fridge comes with two shelves and two floor protectors as standard, however you can configure the storage to meet your menu by fitting additional shelves and runners as required (sold separately).
Alternatively, swap out the shelves by sliding full size (1/1) gastronorm pans straight in.
Please note: Gastronorm pans sold separately.
Maximum ambient temperature: 32C.
