It comes with 2 inset pots and 2 lids so you can offer your customers the hot food they want in one compact footprint.
Versatile Use
This modena bain marie comes with 2 round pans, or, if you remove the adapter plate, you can use 1 x GN1/1 pan or 2 x GN1/2 pans, up to 150mm deep (sold separately).
Durable Construction
The water well is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and features "min" and "max" water level markers for easy water maintenance.
