Modena LPG Gas Bain Marie GBM63G

UK designed LPG Gas Bain Marie.

Ideal for outside caterers or anyone who wishes to run equipment on LPG bottled gas.

Supplied with 6 gastronorm pans.

The bain marie has a water well to keep the food moist and at even temperatures in the pans. Supplied with 6x GN1/4 pans at 150mm depth.

Water tap and stainless steel finish.

Allows the bain marie to be kept clean and tidy and simple to empty at the end of service.

Piezo ignition and high powered burners.

Ideal for fast heating and warming of food in the pans.

LPG Connection.

3/4" BSP connection (gas hose not supplied) makes it simple to connect* Should be done by gas safe engineer.
