Product Description
Prepare a varied carvery for customers using this Modena GL3 Food Warmer Carvery Servery Display Unit to both preserve the quality of your food whilst pleasantly merchandising your range.
Imparting equal heat from above and below from a combination of infrared lamps and heat elements, you can control the level of heat through an accessible thermostat on the device.
Large heated base.
The unit can accommodate either gastronorm pans or heat resistant serving dishes and can be easily cleaned due to the rectangular design. The heated base ensures food is equally hot at the bottom and top.
