Ideal either for self service at front of house or for holding food ready for service at back of house, the Lincat CS6 Chip Scuttle is designed to provide a continuous supply of chips and other fried food, quickly and easily.
The scuttle has perforated drain plates remove excess oil and ensure chips are as crisp as possible.
The fact that both the drain plates and the tank can be removed makes the CS6 chip scuttle very easy to clean. Great for schools, colleges, restaurants, hotels and cafes, the chip warmer also has an adjustable temperature control.
