An exceptionally versatile and powerful time saver, the heavy duty Sammic CA-31 veg prep machine can effortlessly chop, slice, grate and dice up to 450kg of ingredients every hour .
Simple and straightforward to use, the CA-31 includes numerous features to ensure efficiency and safety, such as the automatic cut-off and easy-clean stainless steel construction .
The Sammic CA-31 is supplied with disc kit 2, comprising of six high quality discs .
Discs/grids include 4mm julienne and shredding, a 3mm curved slicing disc, 10mm dicing and chipping grids and a 10mm slicing disc .
