Product Description

Constructed from moisture absorbing ceramic, the stone ensures you achieve a light and crispy crust every time.
Encouraging even heat distribution, the stones surface is not only great for cooking pizzas but it is also perfect for any dough based dish from bread and baguettes, to biscuits and cookies.
The pack comes supplied with a serving rack for presentation and pizza dough/sauce recipes.Place the stone in a cold oven and then turn the oven on to allow both the oven and the stone to heat up together for 20 to 40 minutes.
Whilst the oven is heating up, you can prepare your pizza.
Remove the stone from the oven, sprinkle with semolina and spread with a brush or spatula.
Slide your pizza onto the stone and place back into the oven until cooked.
When cooked, leave your stone to cool and wipe with a clean, damp brush without detergent.
