Built-in cut-outs support also cold transfer while protecting food from condensation.
They easily adapt to all Cam GoBox GN 1/2 top loaders and are incredible simple to use.
The chiller plate can be frozen overnight and slides easily onto the top rails of your insulated food box, extending cold holding times well beyond the four hours.
