With a huge 22.5kW of cooking power, you can fry large quantities of delicious fish, chips, doughnuts or bhajis with ease, as the robust elements quickly recover the oil temperature ready for the next cycle.

The Evo 600 is the biggest of the Valentine Evo range and is perfect for large scale catering.

The large oil tank features a small cool zone, meaning less oil is required to fill, the oil lasts longer and recovers temperature faster.
