The Lincat LD3 is from the Seal range, this heated display with gantry has a thermostatic control which allows the base heat to be adjusted to suit a variety of cooked dishes. The overhead halogen heat lamps have a separate control. This item also has a sneeze screen to ensure all your offering are and stay hygienically clean.
