Lincat GS7 Gas Machine Steel Plate Griddle

The GS7 is part of Lincat's Silverlink 600 range which meets the needs of every modern, busy catering establishment.

This Lincat GS7 Silverlink 600 has a solid 12mm thick machined steel plate which ensures even heat distribution and excellent heat retention. The fully welded plates eliminate dirt traps and there is a large fat collection drawer so you can wait until the end of service before emptying not only that but the fat drainage channel keeps surface free from grease. The griddle features a high and low heat setting for controlled cooking, flame failure device for extra safety and the Piezo ignition is a simple and convenient method of lighting.
