This Falcon E3532 medium duty grill has 5 shelf positions allowing variable cooking heights. The stainless steel exterior with cast iron lining makes for a cooler working environment and energy efficiency as the heat stays within the grill and not escaping into the environment. The Oil collection tray mounted upon grid makes this item really easy to clean.
