The water well is made from corrosion-resistant 20 gauge, stainless steel and holds up to one full size, two 1/2 size, or three 1/3 size gastronorm pans (all sold separately), up to 150mm deep. This model comes with 2 X GN1/3 + 2 X 1/6 pans and lids included.
